Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Xoof (the "Service"), operated by FOOX LTD. It forms part of our Terms of Service. The goal is simple: keep the Service fast, fair and available for everyone who trains with it.

Fair use of AI

Xoof includes AI access for logging, coaching and planning. Fair use means ordinary personal training use by one person. To protect the Service and keep costs sustainable, ceilings apply to AI requests (voice parse, text parse, coach summaries and smart plan generation). These limits exist to stop abuse and automated traffic.

If you hit a fair-use limit you will see a clear message; access resets on the normal schedule. We may adjust ceilings to keep the Service healthy and will keep them generous for genuine use.

What's not allowed

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account or AI capacity, or use one account for multiple people or an organisation.
• Access the Service through anything other than the official app and interfaces, or automate, script, scrape or bulk-query the AI features.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent rate limits, credit metering, fair-use ceilings, or any security or access controls.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you have no right to submit.
• Use the Service to build or train a competing product, or to extract our prompts, models or underlying data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users — including via excessive load, denial-of-service, or injecting harmful code.
• Use the AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or designed to harass or deceive others.

AI output

AI parsing, coaching and plan generation can be imperfect and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not medical advice. Always review your logged data, and consult a qualified professional before making training or health decisions. The full Health & Safety Disclaimer sets out the limits of what Xoof can tell you — including that it must never be relied on for allergen information.

Do not use the AI features to seek a diagnosis, to manage a medical condition, or in place of urgent care. Xoof is not monitored: nobody reads your logs or your coach conversation in real time, and it is not an emergency service.

Enforcement

Where use breaches this AUP, we may rate-limit, suspend AI access, or — for serious or repeated breaches — suspend or terminate the account. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
